Crowd waiting for Santa’s plane to arrive

It was a beautiful warm Sunday afternoon as everyone waited anxiously for Santa’s plane to arrive for the 2015 Santa Fly-In at TriState Aviation in Central Jersey Regional Airport. The crowd sang Christmas songs and enjoyed free hot dogs and beverages courtesy of the Hillsborough Rotary and Dunellen Green Brook Rotary clubs.

Santa finally arrived and took pictures and distributed toys to waiting boys and girls with the help of his wonderful elves. Thanks to everyone in making this a wonderful day for all and helping to raise money for worthy causes!

Money Pilots Descend Upon Central Jersey

TriState Aviation and Central Jersey Regional Airport were excited to host the New Jersey Mooney Pilot’s fly-in. More than a dozen Mooneys of all types flew in for lunch at Pizza & Pasta (just down the driveway).  The Mooney Pilots are an awesome group and anyone who loves these amazing sleek planes was in heaven walking down the flight line.

We are all extremely proud of him and wish him many years of tail-winds and blue skies ahead.

Santa Visits TriState Aviation!

TriState Aviation, along with the Hillsborough Rotary Club, were very excited that Santa decided to fly-in to Central Jersey Regional Airport on Saturday to greet kids and hand out presents!  While waiting for Santa, children and parents enjoyed free hotdogs and hot chocolate courtesy of the Hillsborough Rotary Club. The kids sang songs in the hopes their voices would be heard to get Santa’s attention, which worked!  Santa landed in the “Santa Express” with one of his elves and distributed toys to waiting boys and girls. Afterwards, photos were taken with Santa for those that were interested.  Thanks to everyone in making this a wonderful day for all!

New Private Pilot!

Congratulations to Jacob Thomas on becoming a Private Pilot!  Jacob flew to Morristown Airport and took his check ride with examiner Peggy Naumann on a rather windy day. We’re really proud of you Jacob, and wish you blue skies ahead!
